Hear Ye, Hear Ye… One and all, calling all Knights of the North Castle for a week full of fun. Vacation Bible School on-line registration begins Monday, June 14th at 10:00 a.m. The theme invites children to be strong in the Lord and to learn about the strength of God’s power by exploring how we put on the armor of God. To be exact, the Banner Verse for the week is

Be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his power. Ephesians 6:10

This year’s VBS explores a child’s way to learn about the Bible through story, song, music, and art in a creative setting. The children will venture on a journey to discover the North Castle is a hidden place in a frozen land. Kids will take on the role of brave knights and begin their quest. Each session will begin by opening the King’s book. We will be constructing a stage in the community room with a Kings style chair.

Sparky the Dragon lives at North Castle and he will surely try to melt every icy detail. Each family will receive a take home CD to practice the songs to sing a long before, during and after. In fact, you and your child could look up some this weekend on YouTube.
