This coming Sunday, I hope you make plans to attend in person or virtually for our Youth Sunday! As tradition, a youth group member, Jillian Smith, will be preaching at the 10:00 AM service.  Get your reservations now for the nave and community room, or join us virtually on Zoom or the live stream. I also want to remind you on Pentecost, May 23, to wear red and bring non-perishable food for the food drive.  

At 11am, please come for outdoor activities that include the lady bug release, brass instruments, and red pinwheels to celebrate the birth of the church and the coming of the Holy Spirit- the breath and wind of God.  There will be self-pay food truck and ice cream truck! Even if you worship with us virtually that day, come by in person outdoors to celebrate Pentecost at 11am.  Again, we will have reservations for in-person in both the nave and community room.  

And last but not least, this summer we are launching a new section of the weekly eSword newsletter that will showcase good news and good food.  If you have some good news to share, or a good recipe to share, send them to Pam and she will be including one a week in the summer Sword.
