Happy St. Patrick’s Day! And another marker that we are moving closer to Easter and spring. Here in the office it has been a couple of weeks of “nothing but bulletins,” as we prepare to walk the way of the cross to and through death.
Our Holy Week will feel a lot like it did before COVID this year, and we will also continue our Zoom/livestream for those who are not ready to attend in person. On Easter Sunday, at 9 and 11am, we will also include overflow seating in the Community Room with a maximum capacity of 50 additional congregants. On the reservation site, you can choose Nave or OVERFLOW seating as you make your reservation. Reservations are required for in-person worship every time, especially at Easter, so please get them soon.
This year, understanding that many of you are not ready to return- or cannot yet return- to in-person worship just yet, we will be offering blessed communion cups for you to pickup starting Monday in the office from 9-2pm in preparation for Easter Sunday. At this time, it is only a one-time Easter opportunity to make sure anyone who desires it can participate in Holy Communion on Easter Day, even if you are participating remotely. Please only pick up what you and your family need to participate in Communion on Easter Sunday via Zoom or the livestream. If you are unable to come by and pick it up, give us a call in the office and we will try and figure out a way to get it to you.
God bless you, and I hope to see you in church soon,
Jesse+
