Announcing the formation of
St. Michael's
Gardening Alliance
Growing with Purpose.
LAUNCH:
Sunday, April 22, Earth Day
GOAL:
Manage St. Michael's grounds for both beauty and bounty.
WHAT CHANGES:
● Expand ornamental flower beds to augment altar flowers.
● Establish small fruit orchard and vegetable gardens for benefit of local food pantries.
● Establish a network of St. Michael's gardeners to produce and distribute the bounty of
our gardens.
HOW CAN I HELP:
● Support the Gardening Alliance Plant Sale (May 26, 27)
● Help with periodic work days on maintenance (details to announced).
● Donate! Funds will be administered through Building & Grounds to install
irrigation, build raised beds, and buy plant material.
