Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. -Isaiah 7:14
The season of Advent is, above all, a time of watching and waiting for the coming of the kingdom of God.
This traditional Anglican service of Lessons and Carols weaves together readings, hymns and choir music as it tells the story of the fall of humanity, the promise of the Messiah, and the birth of Jesus. Readers representing various segments of our parish life and our community will lead us through the moving sequence of lessons recounting the birth of Jesus.
We especially welcome all guests to celebrate the season with us—to hear and sing about the loving purpose of God, from Creation to the Incarnation.
