Celebration of 20th Anniversary of Covenant with Renk Diocese
Sunday, April 15, Renk Ministry Partnership officially launched St. Michael’s annual fundraiser for Renk Theological College in support of scholarships for 37 seminary students at RTC, which is a designated center for Peace & Reconciliation in Upper Nile State, S. Sudan. Graduates will “go on to be real change agents in an area of the world that needs them and God’s good news desperately”, wrote Fr. Jesse.
Every Sunday through Pentecost, May 20, RMP invites you, on your way to coffee hour, to stop at the RTC table to pick up a packet with all you need to participate in “Growing God’s Kingdom in Partnership with RTC”.
There are several options for giving: one-time gift, monthly pledge, individual or group sponsorships. Or, this gift idea – give a scholarship to honor or remember someone dear to you. An anonymous ‘friend of RTC” has made a $20,000 challenge grant. Your sponsorship will be doubled! Help plant the seeds for change in South Sudan.
